4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel.
You can cancel your plan at any time through your account settings.
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, features, and technology within NoelleOS are the property of SocialEDG Corporation or its licensors.
You retain ownership of any data or content you upload.
By using the Service, you grant us limited permission to process your data solely to provide and improve NoelleOS.
6. Limitations of Liability
NoelleOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited for your specific business needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoelleOS and SocialEDG Corporation are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
